Do I need my own stock?

No. Your 18k Showcase shows the W18k live stock. Everything you see is in stock and orders ship overnight.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. Every piece comes with a suggested retail price. You set your own retail price adjustment and your customers see your prices.

Which address does my site get?

Your store name in front of .18kshowcase.com: yourstore.18kshowcase.com is where your customers shop; yourstoreoffice.18kshowcase.com is where you and your team sign in.

Do my customers see wholesale prices?

Never. Your customers see only your retail prices. Wholesale pricing is shown to your account after sign-in.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Your team signs in at yourstoreoffice.18kshowcase.com with their own e-mail.

How much is the Business Platform?

US$ 100 a month. Free in any month you buy US$ 5,000 or more. The Datamax label printer is sold separately. The Business Portal has no subscription.
