Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. W18k is a wholesale supplier of 18K gold jewelry for verified jewelry businesses — retailers, jewelers and designers. The site is trade only: you apply for an account, we verify the business, usually within one business day, and your rep reaches out personally.
Is everything 18K gold?
Yes — 18K only, never 14K. That is the position of the house: the same 18K gold the trade buys, in chains, bracelets, rings, earrings, pendants, wedding bands and made-to-order pieces.
What is the price per gram? Do you publish a wholesale price list?
We do not publish a price per gram or a wholesale price list. Wholesale pricing follows the gold market daily and is shown to approved accounts after sign-in, piece by piece, on the day you buy.
Do you export? Do you sell outside the United States?
Yes. We serve retailers across Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean, with direct export shipping or pick-up at our office. Apply for an account with your country and we take it from there.
Where is the jewelry made?
Wedding bands and made-to-order pieces are made in Marlborough, Massachusetts, with finishing and stone setting in-house. Chains and stock pieces come from our suppliers in Brazil, Italy, Turkey and China.
Is what I see on the site in stock?
Yes. Everything on the site is in stock and orders of in-stock pieces ship overnight. If a piece runs out, we offer the closest similar piece.
How long does made-to-order take?
Fifteen business days from the order to the finished piece — wedding bands, name necklaces and custom pieces, made in Marlborough.
Natural or lab-grown diamonds?
Your choice. We set natural diamonds or lab-grown diamonds, as the order asks.
How do I open a wholesale account?
Apply for an account: two minutes — contact, company and shipping address. We verify your resale credentials, usually within one business day, and your rep reaches out personally. Then you buy at wholesale: live stock, daily gold pricing, online orders and insured overnight delivery.
Do I need a resale certificate? What about sales tax?
Upload your resale certificate once; we generate the right state form for signature and keep your invoices tax-exempt. Without a signed certificate you can still buy — sales tax is charged on the invoice.
How do you ship?
Every shipment goes FedEx, fully insured at declared value, adult signature required. Or pick up at our Marlborough office or at the Miami showroom in the Seybold Building.
Can I see the pieces in person?
Yes. Book a visit to the Marlborough, MA office or to the 18k Miami showroom at the Seybold Building, Suite 223, downtown Miami.
What languages do you speak?
English, Spanish and Portuguese — on the phone, on WhatsApp and on the site.
